Overview

MakerGrants is an internal accounting automation tool developed for Piedmont Makers, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. This application connects to QuickBooks Online to automate journal entry creation and provide financial reporting.

Data We Access

Through the QuickBooks Online API, this application accesses:

• Company information
• Classes (fund categories)
• Purchases, Deposits, and Bills
• Journal Entries

Data Storage

OAuth tokens are securely stored in a Supabase database. Transaction data is queried in real-time from QuickBooks Online and is not permanently stored.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your QuickBooks data with third parties. Data is only used for the stated purpose of financial automation and reporting.
